Healthy eating

This a picture of an elderly woman eating a salad

Research shows about 30 percent of all cancers are related to what people eat. Eating a diet high in fruits and vegetables reduces the risk of many types of cancer such as mouth, pharynx, oesophagus, stomach, colon and rectum. (Canadian Cancer Society – Eating Well) (Health Canada - Cancer)
